Shipping

All products are handcrafted and made to order.

Please allow a minimum of 3-4 business days for your item to be crafted with purpose & intention, and then shipped. These times may vary during peak ordering seasons.

Free USPS priority shipping is available for all US orders over $59. 

During some of the warmer months, we offer an option for cold-pack shipping to assist in prolonging melting of the butters. By selecting this option, you agree to the additional fee of $5.00 to have your items insulated with cold packaging.

Prim N Proper Co does not hold responsibility for packages that are indicated as delivered and otherwise not received. We do not offer refunds or replacements for stolen packages.  

While we make every effort to prepare your order for safe shipping, some incidents are beyond our control. If your shipment is received and it is damaged, please reach out to customerservice@primnproperco.com with a picture of items, along with a brief description of the problem. Our customer service department will contact you within 24 hours to rectify the issue.

Our whipped butters will melt in temperatures that consistently remain above 78 degrees. If your butter arrives melted, it will solidify once removed from the heat. The whipped texture may be lost; however, the butter is still 100% usable and holds its original beneficial properties. During the summer month, shipping with cold packs is an option available to prolong melting.

Due to the natural state of most products, you may see slight variations from product to product. This has no impact on the quality and you can assure you are receiving the best each and every order.

 

Returns


All sales are final unless there is an error in processing by a Prim n Proper associate. 

No returns or credits will be provided for missed sales.

If an item is returned to our location due to incorrect address provided by the purchaser a reshipment fee will be required. 

Exchanges will be permitted for products that are damaged or defective. Please email your name, order number, and a description of the defect to customerservice@primnproperco.com for assistance.

We do not offer refunds as our products are made to order and cannot be resold once they have left the facility. 

 

Do you offer Exchanges?


Exchanges will be permitted for products that are damaged or defective. Please email your name, order number, and a description of the defect to customerservice@primnproperco.com for assistance. 

 

How are items shipped?


All products are shipped via USPS. 

Do you ship internationally?


All items are available for international shipping. Note that International orders are subject to duty taxes. All costs will be calculated at checkout and can be reviewed before placing your order.  

 
 
 

What is the shelf life of your products?

 

This will vary by item, please see specific listing for details. Rule of thumb is to store all-natural products in a cool dry area, away from direct sunlight and heat.

 
 
 
 

Do you offer wholesale ordering?


Currently we are not accepting wholesale orders but hope to do so in the near future. 

Do you offer a recycling program?


We are working on bringing a recycling program on board. In the meantime, please do your part in saving our earth.

Reuse or recycle your Prim N Proper Co jars and glasses.
