Ingredients: Proprietary Herb Blend Containing: Lavender, Nettles, Lemon Peel, Motherwort, Blue Lotus, Passionflower, Damiana, and Rose Buds.
Directions for Use: Place 4 scoops (4 tbsp) of herbal mix into boiling water. With drape on (covering from at least the waist down) sit over mixture to absorb the steam for at least 20 minutes or until steam is no longer present. Dispose of used mixture by composting or placing in your regular trash.
For best results, make it a practice to steam 2-3 times per week.
Package will yield approximately 6 steam sessions.
